What is a Golf Club Performance Review?
The Golf Club Performance Review is our flagship consultancy service — a structured, independent assessment of your club's current operational and financial position.
Conducted by Mark Walker personally, the review examines four key areas of your club's operation: governance and leadership, course management, finance and operations, and membership and marketing. It provides your board with an objective, external perspective that is impossible to achieve from within.
The review is designed to be completed efficiently, with minimal disruption to your club's day-to-day operations. Most reviews are completed within 1–2 weeks of engagement, depending on club availability, access to documents and stakeholder schedules.
Whether your club is performing well and wants to identify opportunities for improvement, or is facing specific challenges that require urgent attention, the Performance Review provides the clarity and direction your board needs.
